blasting unit to date - the Enviro-Blast
Precision Dustless Unit.

Enviro-blast can be used in areas where
other types are blast cleaning would
be impossible.

The choice
of cabinet type (suction or pressure),
blast pressure, blast media choice,
and nozzle size allows the cabinet to
be tuned to the application.

Ideal
for applications such as surface cleaning
& preparation, the removal of paint,
rust, carbon and other similar deposits,
glass etching and engraving, plastic
deflashing and re-texturing moulds.

A housed
cabinet with viewing screen allows work
to be carried out in a totally self-contained
manner. The used abrasive falls through
a mesh floor for cost effective re-use.
Dust created in the blasting process
is drawn into the vacuum/filter unit
to ensure the good visibility and a
safe working environment.

Suction
blast cabinets offer the cheapest solution
and are ideally suited to ensuring a
decorative or aesthetically pleasing
surface finish across many materials.

Pressure
feed cabinets use a vessel to store
the abrasive under pressure. They can
operate at 5 times the speed of suction
cabinets and are ideal for high production
rates and removing tough coatings.
