booth is a necessity for every finishing
operation to extract material overspray
from the workplace, reducing health and
fire hazards, and to control environmental
emissions.

Powder
Coating Extraction Booth
We
offer a range of booths purpose designed
for the powder coating industry. This
includes self-contained mini lab type
booths, up to large MRS and Magic Plus
booths for high production automatic applications.
Oversprayed powder is evenly
drawn away from the operators breathing
zone, keeping the workplace clean and
usable. Cartridges clean the air, which
is then diffused back into the work area
at high level.
- Purpose designed for the powder
industry.
|
- Cartridge filter design maximises
life and powder recovery performance
of the filters.
|
- Reverse air pulse cleans cartridges
allowing booth to work at maximum
efficiency.
|
- Powder drops into collection
boxes.
|
- Convenient “Wheel in and
go” design.
|
- Optional sidewall openings allow
use with conveyor or chain system.
|
- Self-contained closed loop system
requires no ductwork to atmosphere
and causes no emissions to atmosphere.
|
- Can be optionally fitted with
Cyclone / After-Filter for powder
grading and reclaim.

Paint Spraying
Extraction Booth
Our paint spraying extraction booth
shares many common features with our powder
coating booth, but differs in its method of
filtration. Generally designed to filter liquid
paint overspray there are two main types.
Our
Dry Filter Spray Booth offers the simplest
and most economical extraction answer in
many installations. Its name stems from
the layer of dry filter media through which
the paint laden air passes before being
exhausted to atmosphere. These filters are
easily replaced when fully contaminated
with spray material.
Our Waterwash Spray
Booth is best suited for high production
applications, and works on an established,
proven principle. The paint laden air is
drawn, by the exhaust fan, through ducts,
where water jets efficiently clean the air.
The over-sprayed paint is contained in the
water which then cycles back into the tank.
The cleansed air exhausts to atmosphere.

| Corrugated
Booth Filter |
Constructed
from perforated cardboard walls, contaminates
are held outside the air stream to
reduce pressure drop. |
