Optiselect
Hand Gun -
The Rugged Hand Gun weighs only 520g and
has “on-gun” control, allowing operators
to select the coating programme, and modify powder delivery
without looking away from the job.
Due to it's
efficiency more powder typically targets the work piece.
This improves application speed, and uses less powder.
Direct
from box, fluidising hopper, lab units, and sample units
available to suit your application.

Optistar Control Unit

Up to 20 coating programmes can be stored for different
jobs. When a simpler solution is needed, operators can
select one of 3 pre-programmed settings -
Flat Parts - maximizes voltage for optimum transfer
efficiency on simple geometry surfaces.
Complicated Parts - modifies voltage while holding current
for optimum penetration and transfer efficiency.
Recoats - automatically adjusts voltage and current
to optimum level for recoating previously coated parts.

Reciprocators
The new ZA04
Reciprocator unites the advantages of its well-known
predecessors.
Extremely quiet
running, versatile programming possibilities, and high
loading capacity permit this reciprocator to be used
universally.
Designed to meet the requirements of high
quality, high volume, automatic powder coating systems,
by providing the consistency of motion, accuracy of
positioning and operational reliability, demanded by
such applications.
The reciprocators can be provided for
coating in one, two or three axes, allowing economic
and uniform powder coating of the most complex components.
